RETURN Policy

If you are unsatisfied with an item, just return it to us for a refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

We’ll help coordinate the delivery and provide a quote to ensure you receive the best shipping price. We’ll also assist with oversized, shipping-restricted or large quantities of items.


EXCHANGE Policy

If you request an exchange, we’ll ship your replacement item as quickly as possible. Return shipping fees may apply. Refunds will be paid to the original method of payment. If you request a credit to your account or credit card, we’ll send your credit confirmation to the contact information on file. Please allow 1‑2 billing cycles for any credits to appear on your statement.

If you receive any damaged or defective items in your shipment, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible, and we’ll send a replacement right away. In addition, we’ll make the arrangements to pick up the damaged items.
